  My boyfriend, daughter, sister and niece moved into 3 bedroom a few weeks ago and we love it! The management staff is very friendly and genuinely care when we have a concern. Maintenance is very quick (most of the time same day) & efficient. I've seen a lot of complaints about parking which amazes me because there are SO many available parking spots. It has not been an issue at all. Overall we are very satisfied. Only "negative" is tenants are required to pay water and trash...most apartment complexes do not charge for this.
