  Horrible customer service, very unprofessional! Apparently, He claimed to be the “president CEO, the owner” that I spoke to regarding a medical equipment issue, and would not disclosed his name. He handled the situation very poorly, and even accused me of other things. I recommend to choose other carrier service, it’s simply not worth it.
  I gave one star rating because it was the minimum, otherwise no star was earned.
